STORMMET

These conditions govern access requests and use of the STORMMET planning workspace. Submitting a request does not conclude a paid contract, enable access or authorize a card charge. Project coverage and access dates require confirmation. Platform administration is managed exclusively by STORMMET. Accounts are personal and restricted to assigned projects.

Forecasts are model predictions, not guaranteed observations or operational authorization. Source, issue time, units, reference datum and unavailable values must be reviewed. Astronomical tide is not total water level, current or slack. Specialized marine coverage is confirmed separately for each project.

Published package rates: one project with 3 users EUR297/month, 5 users EUR475/month or 10 users EUR890/month; an additional user EUR89/month; one-time setup EUR199. Taxes are additional where applicable. No 15-user package. Additional projects, integrations and further training require an expressly accepted price.

Card subscription billing is not active in this release. Before any future trial that converts to payment, a separate checkout must show the exact ten-day trial end, initial and recurring total, taxes, charge date and cancellation method and obtain explicit acceptance. A request or silence alone never authorizes payment.

After a confirmed payment a payment receipt may be provided. The provider issues the tax invoice separately using his existing invoicing system and numbering, within applicable legal deadlines. A receipt is not a tax invoice. Invoice payment status must reflect reconciled funds, refunds and any outstanding balance. Contact the provider for support, cancellation or billing questions.

We process identity/contact details, company, requested location and coordinates, team size, requirements, access dates, account/security information and the version and time of legal acknowledgements. Do not submit sensitive personal information.

Purposes: respond to your request, assess technical coverage, prepare and perform the service, manage account security and fulfil applicable legal/accounting duties. Legal bases are pre-contractual steps requested by you, contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests in security, assessed with your rights. Reading this notice is not consent to advertising. Request data is not used to subscribe you to marketing.

Authorized administration and service providers supporting hosting, email and requested device notifications may process necessary data. The application is hosted with ARSYS. Weather and map services receive technical network requests necessary to deliver their content. No active card provider is identified because card collection is not enabled; payment processing information must be supplied before activation. Contact us for information about relevant processors and any applicable transfer safeguards.

Access requests are retained for up to 90 days; necessary customer information is retained for the contract and applicable legal retention periods. Mail delivery history is retained for 90 days; expired email tokens are removed after seven days. Service access dates do not themselves erase records subject to legal duties.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Any future purpose-specific consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish supervisory authority at www.aepd.es. We may verify identity proportionately before handling a request.

The login uses a session cookie for authentication (up to twelve hours). Browser storage retains language, selected settings and, where implemented, cached weather data. These technologies are used for requested functionality, not as advertising consent. Logging out ends the application session; browser settings can clear local storage.

Device notifications are optional and require browser permission. This notice does not authorize optional analytics or advertising: any such future technology requires a prior inventory and appropriate controls before activation.
